Kansas Supreme Court rules against FedEx

The Kansas Supreme Court sides with the contractors who worked for FedEx for about 9 years without having correct employee status. The Kansas Supreme Court ruled that FedEx had to give these contractors correct employee status as employee drivers based on the Kansas Wage Payment Act. Without correct employee status these contractors worked over-time with no compensation and were not reimbursed for expenses.
