Although Rep. John Duncan (R-Tenn.) introduced a similar last year we have better expectation for this H.R. 1120 bill.
This bill would establish a new hiring standard and hopefully replace the CSA. These standards would include registration status with the DOT, meeting liability insurance requirements, and having a satisfactory safety status.
