We’re excited to announce that Loadsmart has been recognized as a 2024 Top Food Chain Provider by Food Chain Digest, the official magazine of the Food Shippers of America (FSA)!
The program highlights third-party logistics companies (3PLs), freight brokers, motor carriers, rail/intermodal, and maritime companies (ocean carriers and port authorities) that excel in capabilities and service to food shippers. This program then helps food shippers become more aware of providers recognized for their quality service and capabilities. This list is limited to only 25 providers, in accordance with direction by the FSA Board of Directors—so we’re among the elite service providers within our industry!

How Was Loadsmart Selected?
Loadsmart's nomination was evaluated by the staff at Food Chain Digest and they found it to effectively articulate how Loadsmart solves business problems for food shippers. In addition, they found Loadsmart's nomination highlighted an impressive achievement in the last 12-18 months and illustrated how the solution helped successfully accomplish a business goal. Next, the nomination was validated by votes from food manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. Lastly, the final list was audited and reviewed by FSA leaders to confirm the quality of providers named to the list.
