Take Control of Your Payments: Get Paid in 24 Hours with QuickPay

If you’re still waiting 30 days — or longer — to get paid for a load, it’s time to start shopping for a new broker partner. Once you have a Bill of Lading and Proof of Delivery documents, you should have the ability to quickly scan in necessary docs and get paid on a schedule that you prefer, with terms that are fair and clear.

For example, Loadsmart recently partnered with TriumphPay to offer carriers their QuickPay solution, and allow carriers to collect their payments within 24 hours of an approved invoice. In addition to quicker payments, Loadsmart is connecting QuickPay carriers to TriumphPay Audit, an  invoice processing platform, that will prioritizes carrier invoices to speed up the approval process. It’s available today for carriers on the TriumphPay platform and can be for carriers who sign up for the TriumphPay today. It allows you to select how you want to get paid — and, mostly importantly, when you want to get paid. The terms of those payments are transparent, simple, and reasonable. Here’s how to start benefiting from the partnership today:

If you are already on the TriumphPay platform:

1.  Log on to TriumphPay profile
2. Connect with Loadsmart on your profile if you aren’t already so you know when we approve invoices
3. Make sure your payment preferences are set, quickpay is
4. Send documents and invoices aligning to your rate con through the TriumphPay App
5. Or send documents via email standard pay: Docs@loadsmart.com quickpay: Quickpay@loadsmart.com
6. Check payment status in real time on the TriumphPay Portal

If you are not an existing TriumphPay user:

1. Go to Triumphpay.com
2. Sign up and create a profile
3. Once validated and the account is created, connect with Loadsmart on your profile
4. Make sure your payment preferences are set, quickpay or standard pay
5. Send documents and invoices aligning to your rate con through the TriumphPay App
6. Or send documents via email standard pay: Docs@loadsmart.com quickpay: Quickpay@loadsmart.com
7. Check payment status in real time on the TriumphPay Portal
